More than a studio

A happy place to move, breathe and belong.

We run group yoga and Reformer Pilates classes side by side, all day, with a coffee and cowork lounge in between — so a class can be the whole reason you come, or just part of it.

All levels, genuinely

All levels, genuinely

Beginners aren't just welcome, we're expecting you. Come as a complete beginner and learn each week, at your own pace.

Yoga + Reformer, one roof

Yoga + Reformer, one roof

From gentle restorative yoga to Reformer Foundations, pick the practice that fits your body that day.

A calm place to land

A calm place to land

Sofas, bean-to-cup coffee, WiFi and a low-volume room that fosters respect and mindfulness.

Move, breathe, reset

Move, breathe, reset

Link breath with movement and leave feeling relaxed, empowered and steadier than you arrived.

The basics

New to this? Here's what you'd actually be doing.

No jargon, no prior knowledge required — just what to expect from your first yoga and Reformer classes.

  • What is yoga here

Yoga links breath with movement and stillness. Our classes run from gentle, prop-supported restorative sessions to dynamic Vinyasa flows — all 45–60 minutes, all guided step by step. You don't need to be flexible to start; that's what the practice builds.

  • What is Reformer Pilates

The Reformer is a sprung-bed machine that adds both support and resistance to slow, controlled movement. A 50-minute class is low-impact and full-body, building strength, control and mobility. Grippy socks are required — and we sell them at reception if you forget.

  • Your first visit

Arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can show you around and get you set up. All levels are welcome — your teacher will introduce the equipment and offer modifications throughout. Then grab a coffee in the lounge before or after.

Yoga or Reformer — which do you start with?

Yoga builds mobility, calm and breath on a mat; Reformer builds low-impact strength and control on a machine. Many members do both. If you're new, start with Beginners Flow or Reformer: Foundations — and if you're not sure, 14 days of unlimited yoga for £48 is the easiest way to find your feet.

A member's story

From a bulging disc to a stronger, steadier back

Last year I had a bulging disc, and my physio suggested I work on strengthening my core. Mae's classes became a huge part of healing my lower-back injury — and ongoing protection from further injury.

I feel stronger and steadier now, and the practice has become how I protect my back, not just how I recovered it.
